Soak in hot water and detergent. After rinsing allow filter to dry. Adhesive (light oil) can then be applied at 1.5 to 2.0 OZ per element. Allow excess adhesive to drain off prior to installation. The element must be replaced when it shows signs of wear or decreased performance.Rap out excessive dirt and wash in warm water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and rap out excessive water before reinstallation. The element must be replaced when it shows signs of wear or decreased performance.
